Akampereza Dickson and Manyireki Rodgers Vs Attorney General

High Court Land Suit No.070 of 2014; Akampereza Dickson and Manyireki Rodgers Versus Attorney General filed in the High Court of Uganda at Masindi. The Plaintiffs and the represented persons are challenging the assessed values attached to their several pieces of customary land and developments thereon situate in Kabaale Parish, Buseruka Sub county, Bughaya County, Masindi District that were compulsorily acquired by the Government of the Republic of Uganda for oil refinery construction.

An interlocutory Judgment was obtained against the Attorney General upon failure to file a written statement of defense and the suit is/was fixed for formal proof on the 31th day of August, 2015 at 09:30am.
