High Court Land Suit No.007 of 2015; Asuman Irumba and Fourteen Others Versus Attorney General and Uganda National Roads Authority filed in the High Court of Uganda at Masindi. The Plaintiffs several pieces of customary land and developments thereon were under- valued. The said properties were compulsorily acquired by the Government of the Republic of Uganda for purposes of expansion of the said road.

UNRA is ready and willing to settle this matter out of Court and we are in the process of identifying independent valuers and mediators. The mediation is fixed for the 31st day of August, 2015 at 09:30 am.
